long-term skin damaging activity.

also another factor in the development of wrinkles. Smoking
affects the skin in several ways. The repetitive act of
puffing on a cigarette causes lines to form around the
mouth. Oxidation from smoke damages the structure of the
skin causing it to become wrinkled and weaker. And smoke

signs of aging skin.
Providing your body with a well-balanced diet, including
plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and good fats,
combined with regular exercise are two other effective ways
to prevent aging. Your skin will appear clearer and toner,
